​1. On arrival at the club please give your name at the desk before going onto the mat.  This is imperative in case of a fire.

2.  Must have a valid licence before going onto the mat.

3. Must pay appropriate mat fee before going onto the mat.

4. Only Zori to be worn to the edge of the mat

5.  Please respect your dojo and place all rubbish in the bin in the reception area
